Bio
Suzanna originally attended Baylor University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and later attended The University of Texas where she earned her Master’s of Science in Social Work. After working several years in the field of mental health and substance abuse, she earned her credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Looking to change careers but remain in patient care, she attended The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center where she earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies and has worked at TCIDA since her graduation. She currently sees patients both in the clinic and hospital settings and is active in our clinical trials department. She has a special interest in treating HIV populations and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the AIDS Outreach Center in Fort Worth. Besides spending time with her family, she enjoys running, reading, and traveling.
